We retain your account information and project data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a project, the associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. When you close your account, all your data is deleted within 30 days.

6. Google Sheets Integration

When you connect your Google account to import or export data from Google Sheets, we request access to specific Google services. Here's how we handle your Google data:

6.1 Data We Access

  • Spreadsheet list: We read the names and metadata of your Google Sheets to display a selection list
  • Spreadsheet content: When you select a sheet to import, we read its cell data
  • Create spreadsheets: When you export data, we create new spreadsheets in your Google Drive

6.2 How We Use Google Data

  • We only access spreadsheets you explicitly select for import
  • We never modify your original Google Sheets - exports always create new files
  • We do not share your Google data with third parties
  • Google data is processed according to the same security standards as uploaded CSV files

6.3 Revoking Google Access

You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions and removing DataClean.to from the list of connected apps.
