Can I keep the highest score when merging duplicate records?
Yes. During the merge preview, you can choose which field value to retain for each column. Select the maximum score, most recent date, or the record from your preferred source system.
Does this work with SCORM or xAPI data exports?
As long as the export is in CSV format, the tool processes it regardless of the original learning standard. SCORM completion reports and xAPI statement exports both work once converted to tabular format.
